My artwork features mostly underwater photography. It is about how the emotional life in the water sometimes overlaps with the unconscious, which is as close as I can represent the experience of dreaming. Water is claustrophobic yet freeing at the same time. Being underwater can feel like death but it is more of a disconnection from reality. My desires as an artist are to create a pure escape from regular life and form a beautiful world that you cannot stay in for long.
I would like to be apart of this Crit Club to be apart of a community of artists and offer advise as well as receive.
