Leilah Talukder is a Bay Area based Bangladeshi American multimedia artist with degrees from UC Berkeley in Art Practice and Art History. Her wearables and sculptures make use of recycled and discarded material that has been recovered from thrift stores, the street, and dumpsters. She is currently in residence at Recology San Francisco where she is creating a fashion show for the 30 Year Anniversary show honoring the AIR program.
